How to Determine Potential Equity in Lead Generation

 

REIPro determines the Potential Equity by taking the current mortgage, we amortize the mortgage using the interest rates when the mortgage was taken out, and we subtract that from the current Estimated Value of the property.

If you see a red warning symbol next to a property's Potential Equity, that means the owner has a HELOC or a reverse mortgage.  Click on the warning symbol to see more information.
